LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective date: 29 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of the OsteoMaster website, web application, and related subscription services (the “Service”). By creating an account, using the Service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
Professional-use tool
OsteoMaster is a professional planning and simulation aid. It does not provide medical advice, make treatment decisions, or replace clinical judgment, independent review, patient-specific assessment, or compliance with applicable medical-device, professional, and institutional requirements. You are solely responsible for verifying all measurements, plans, and outputs before clinical use.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and use the Service only for lawful, authorized professional purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected components, or share paid access outside the individual account holder.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. The applicable price, currency, billing interval, taxes, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may manage cancellation and payment details through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
Availability and changes
We may update, maintain, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product improvement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Intellectual property and feedback
The Service, its software, and its content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service during your authorized access period. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the Service without obligation to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” OsteoMaster is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for clinical decisions made using the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
