This Notice explains how OsteoMaster handles personal information when you use the Service. For questions or privacy requests, email osteomaster.luo@gmail.com.
Information we process
- Account information: email address, optional name, account status, and authentication records needed to provide access.
- Billing information: subscription, transaction, and customer reference identifiers received from Paddle to activate and manage access. Paddle processes payment-card and checkout data under its own privacy terms.
- Service and security information: information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent misuse of the Service, such as access events and technical request data.
X-rays and planning files
OsteoMaster is designed so that imported X-ray images and saved planning files remain in your browser or your downloaded files. Do not upload patient-identifying information unless you have the authority and safeguards required by your organization and applicable law. You remain responsible for the data you choose to use with the Service.
Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide subscribed access, process and reconcile billing, respond to support requests, maintain the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate the Service, including Supabase for account services, Cloudflare for delivery and application services, and Paddle for payments and subscription administration. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the security, rights, and integrity of the Service and its users.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for as long as needed to operate your account, provide the Service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, subject to applicable law and records we must retain.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password confidential and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Changes
We may update this Notice as the Service changes. The effective date above indicates when it was last revised.
